4. Customers must bring the receipt for verifying on the collection day

5. Cancellation and amendments are not allowed upon confirmation of orders. All payments are non-refundable and will be forfeited should there by any items that are not collected on the stipulated date without notice
若顾客未能在指定取货日期内提取订的食品或更改/取消订菓，将被当自动放弃，所缴付的款项将不被退换
